PLEASE NOTE: Presentations must be educational in nature, and NOT a sales pitch for a company or product.

PLEASE NOTE that all presentations must fill the entire time slot allocated to them as this is a requirement for purposes of issuing CPE credits. Reasonable time for Q&A at the end of the presentation time slot is allowable and encouraged. *REQUIRED - All sessions must incorporate an element of participant engagement. These are tools within the overall learning activity of a group live program to encourage the participation of learners within the program. Examples include but are not limited to group discussion, polling questions, instructor-posed question with time for participant reflection, role play, demonstration, or use of a case study with different engagement elements throughout the program. If for any reason the Presenter and topic cannot meet that obligation, please notify the AR HFMA contact prior to agreeing to this engagement.

In order to provide Continuing Professional Education (CPE) credits, AR Chapter HFMA is required to retain copies of all presentations and handout materials. Please email a copy of your presentation in PowerPoint format to arhfma@arkansashfma.org no later than 10 days prior to speaking engagement. AR HFMA does not provide printed copies of handouts at the conference. Your presentation will be converted to .PDF format and posted to the chapter website for download by attendees. If changes are made to the presentation after the deadline noted above, then presenter will be responsible for bringing a copy of the revised presentation to the meeting on a flash drive or own laptop.
