As a Corporate Controller, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring financial integrity and supporting our commitment to patient-focused care and innovation.

Responsibilities:

Financial Leadership: Lead financial operations in alignment with CARTI’s mission of compassionate care and innovative approach.

Budgeting and Forecasting: Drive annual operating budgets and financial forecasts to support our purpose-driven initiatives.

Compliance Management: Ensure adherence to accounting standards and IRS regulations, embodying absolute ownership of financial integrity.

Financial Reporting: Provide accurate internal and external financial reporting, reflecting our resolute teamwork and commitment to transparency.

Audit Management: Implement internal controls to uphold our values of accountability and integrity, overseeing external audits with diligence.

Tax Preparation: Coordinate tax filings with precision and care, demonstrating our commitment to excellence in financial management.

Policy Development: Maintain corporate financial policies that reflect CARTI’s values and promote ethical practices.

Performance Analysis: Develop financial indicators that align with our transcendent purpose of improving patient outcomes and organizational success.

Team Leadership: Foster a culture of innovation and collaboration within the finance team, empowering them to excel in their roles.

Interdepartmental Collaboration: Partner with clinical and administrative teams to support CARTI’s comprehensive approach to cancer care.

Board Representation: Serve as a leadership representative for CARTI and CARTI Foundation, embodying our values in strategic decision-making.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field required; Master’s degree or CPA preferred.

Minimum 6+ years progressive experience in healthcare finance/accounting, reflecting our commitment to excellence and continuous improvement.

Strong knowledge of GAAP, not-for-profit finance, and tax regulations, aligning with our value of absolute ownership and accountability.

Experience in budgeting, forecasting, audit management, and process improvement, demonstrating resolute teamwork and dedication to excellence.

Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills, reflecting our compassionate care and commitment to patient-centered service.

Ability to work under pressure, maintain confidentiality, and handle multiple projects effectively, embodying our values of resilience and adaptability.

Willingness to travel to satellite clinics as needed, supporting our mission of accessible cancer care for all.
