Job Description:
13 week assignment with strong likelihood of extension.
We are supporting a healthcare organization that needs steady, expert leadership across cost accounting, pricing, and revenue integrity during a critical period. This is a mission critical assignment with real influence. This is a high visibility interim leadership opportunity for an experienced healthcare finance leader who knows how to step in, own the function, and drive clarity fast.
Responsibilities:
• Direct ownership of CDM, pricing, and CPT coding
• Standard cost calculation and reconciliation to the general ledger
• CPT coding integrity across hospital and physician departments
• Revenue integrity monitoring and financial data accuracy
• Clear financial communication with operational and executive partners
Qualifications:
Requirements:
• 7+ years of accounting experience in healthcare
• 5+ years in cost accounting, revenue integrity, or healthcare finance leadership
• Hands on experience reconciling standard costs to the GL
• Epic experience required
• Active CPA (Arkansas State Board of Public Accountancy)
